I am very impressed with the site! My husband and I are looking at going this year, he is a disabled vet and we have been wanting to go the past few years but with his back problems we were not able to make it. I wanted to let you know that I went to look at SGT Brent Koch’s page under “OUR HEROS” and clicked on view in a slide show but no pictures showed up, I had to do it the other way by clicking on each picture to enlarge it. thought you would want to know!
Really enjoyed last years’ run..was disappointed to see it falls during Sturgis Rally ..hoping to get back in time to participate. This is such a wonderful thing that you all do. These are the rides we dont like to miss..we support our troops. Our daughter is in the National Guard, and my significant other is Retired Air Force..keep up the good work..
Will be my first year attending and looking forward to it. Did the LTD Tour last weekend. I appreciate all that these men do for us and will ride for them!! Thanks Men!!
I just want to thank all the people that are serving for our country! I plan on being on the KMS Ride this year – first year for me. I have taken part in the LTD run for three years now – it is an honor to ride for our soldiers!
Wow! Last years ride was amazing and this year I am not able to be along but I believe I just got it all on video…if it did in fact all turn out good quality how can I get it to anyone who wants to see?
It was amazing to see all the riders at this ride! I will say that Slacker the band was Awesome…although the singer was horrible- didn’t know the lyrics to most of the songs- it was very disappointing. The rest was great! Thanks to the 682nd and their families for the sacrifices that they give- my husband belongs to this unit too!
It was totally awesome to see so many people on this ride! However, I was a little disappointed that there was no one waiting for us at the “Scenic Lookout” by Granite Falls. I bragged to my friends about how moving and emotional it was to have the Fire trucks and Patriot Guard saluting and waving at us there and thru-out the towns last year. I was a little bummed that there weren’t as many people lined up in the streets in towns either. Our friends came from WI and we really didnt get that “warm and fuzzy” feeling from this year’s ride. There were a couple of other little kinks at the stops, but otherwise this group did an outstanding job getting this ride all together. I can’t imagine all the phone calls that are made to get it all organized. Hats off to the KMS Organizers!!
All in all, God gave us a beautiful day’s ride, we were proud to be a part of it, and we look forward to next year’s!!
